Such a pretty set!  I love that big poinsettia so that is the stamp I started with.  I decided to go with another clean and simple design to let the image stand for itself.  Here is my card:

I decided to build up the image to turn it into a large embellishment, so I started by stamping the flower three times with red pigment ink, then embossed with clear powder.  I trimmed each image out, making sure each level of the flower was slightly smaller.  The cut out pieces were layered with foam tape.  I chose card stock to coordinate, trimmed it down and decided to dry emboss the background with my Cuttlebug.

Once the sentiment was stamped, trimmed and matted, I matted the embossed piece with kraft and added ribbon.  Once the panel was adhered to the card base, then I added a big bow.  The flower and the sentiment was adhered with more foam squares.

The center of the card was decorated with a smaller panel consisting of a heat embossed piece matted with kraft.

This image is so great because you can use it on a simple card like the one above, or it would work on an elaborately decorated card.  The entire set is great for all kinds of Christmas projects and I love sets that have a bunch of sentiments to choose from!

Don't forget to hop along with us as the projects the rest of the DT have created are lovely as always. There is more inspiration to be had back at the main blog also, and why not check out the Mark's Finest Papers store while you're at it, in addition to this lovely set they have a ton of supplies for all of your holiday card making!
