I started with the image and coloured it using my pencil crayons. I trimmed the edges, rounded the corners, and distressed the edges. I then chose some coordinating card stock and trimmed everything down to size.
Once I embossed the white piece, matted it with kraft and wrapped it with some bakers twine. Once the panel was adhered to the card base I foam taped the pumpkin image over the twine and added a little bow.
For the sentiment I trimmed some strips from coordinating colours and added some letter stickers. I cut the ends with banner points and foam taped the sentiments over the twine.
To finish the front I added some Viva Pearl Pen to the image and around the sentiment. I love how you can control the size of the pearls so easily.
I kept the inside simple with a matted, distressed piece of white.
